Q: HOW MANY DOGS Do YOU WALK AT ONCE?
At With 2 Tails we walk 6 dogs per walker at any one time to ensure your dogs get the attention they need, to stay safe at all times. We may occasionall combine groups to have more dogs, but with 2 walkers.
Q: DO YOU PICK UP AND DROP OFF MY DOG?
Yes. At With 2 Tails we try to be as flexible as we can to your needs. This includes picking up and dropping off where required. This is included within the price.
Q: Can I Give You A Set Of Keys? & Will They Be Safe?
Clients can provide us keys to access their property when collecting dogs in their absence. We take the possession of that key very seriously. All our staff are CRB checked for your peace of mind, and all the keys in our possession are coded, and do not show the address that they are associated to.
Q: ARE YOU INSURED?
Yes. With 2 Tails is insured, protecting your animals while they are under our care
Q:WHAT HAPPENS IN THE CASE OF AN EMERGENCY?
We will put together an emergency plan at our first meeting, specifically for your dogs needs.
However in the case where your dog has been injured, our standard approach would be to contact you immediately, Inform you, and then act upon your wishes. if contact can not be made then we will take your dog to an emergency vet, and act under the advice of a qualified veterinary practiotioner.
Please also note that all With 2 Tails walkers are pet first aid qualified.
Q: How Do I Get Started
Once you have contacted us and expressed an interest in a service, we offer a completely free 30 minute face to face consultation (our "Meet & Greet").

At this session we will discuss your dogs specific behaviors and needs at length, as well as all the finer details of the services that With 2 Tails offer.

After this session has been completed, and you still would like to proceed with the service,you are free to make bookings.

We currently cover the post codes:
- SW16 , SW17, SW19, CR4, CR7.
If you are located close to these postcodes and are looking to use our service please do get in contact, and we will try to assist you where we can.
Q: Can I specify a particular time for my dog to be walked?
Yes you can specify particular times for your dog to be walked.

We offer 2 daytime walks. Mid morning, lunch, and afternoon.
